Delivery and Returns
This is the delivery process for website orders only NOT trade returns. If we receive any trade terms by this policy they will not be accepted.
All orders are despatched on a standard carrier service and should be delivered to your door in 2-3 working days of placing your order. Please note that orders placed between 2pm Friday and 8am Monday will not be processed until Monday morning. Our warehouses are closed on Bank Holidays and will not process orders until the following business day.
If you would like to return your UNWORN product within 14 days of purchase, we will arrange for the goods to be collected. However, the collection charge will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original delivery charge.
If your goods are defective when you receive them we will arrange for the goods to be collected and either exchanged for a replacement or a refund will be given. The products packaging must be suitable for resale and free from damage, writing, tape, labels etc. Failure to return items and its packaging in a resalable condition will affect your refund. To prevent this from occurring please over pack your item to ensure that the packaging is protected.
